| man i've missed this. and ive gotten so horrible. im a pig. seriously. I've probably eaten as much food in the past 3 months as i have in like a year of my life. im back at 141. how fucking great. im getting back on the tredmill ASAP. and thursday after i get paid hopefully getting some NEW workout videos? | 137. the lowest i've been in a while. and it feels incredible. I wanna get lower.and lower. and lower.
I'm leaving tomorrow at 6 AM to go to gainsville with some people from school for this convention thing, and it should be pretty easy comming up w excuses for not eating. WHICH I have been very good about ... I've resisited so many urges this week and it has deffinitely paid off!
Is it wierd that I love cooking? Just not eating my food, I love knowing that I can cook extremely good food, and resisit it at the same time. It's wonderful.
I hope you girls are doing great! I'll post some thinspo later on in the week.

| Today was an extremely good day. I bought some green tea supplement pills last night and they work really good.
Intake:
B- bottle of water
L- about 1/8 of a special K gronola bar & a green tea pill + 2 bottles of water
D-couple pieces of chicken & some pasta w/ cheese & brocolli + 2 glasses of water
s- some watermelon + 2 bottles of water
Exercise:
Ran 1 mile (so far)
planning on my workout video & 100+ crunches

| Backk to school tomorrow .. ehh. I think weekdays are better for focusing though. It's just always given me more of a reason to do what I want and do it to an extreme.
My boyfriend is mad at me for not doing anything with him Saturday or today. This weekend has just been horrible and I hate being with anyone when Im mad at myself. He knows everything about me, but he doesn't understand. I wish people could understand.
